Exploring the realms of innovation and leadership

Marta is Head of Solution Development and Operations (e.g. Industrial Technology, Digital, IoT, Cloud) at Bosch. She is also an academic lecturer at SWPS University in Warsaw and guest lecturer in Sup de Pub, Paris, France. She has been actively supporting women as mentor in “IT for SHE” Program. She is experienced global teams manager in the high-tech industry.

Her comprehensive background includes 15 years of experience in the telecommunication, electronic and automobile industry in e.g. Germany, France, Canada and Poland. Marta holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from one of the top French Business Universities – NEOMA Business School. Additionally, she holds MA in Management from Gdansk University in Poland, and postgraduate diploma in IT Knowledge Management from SGH. Marta has also finished Global Innovation Program from Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim School of Business in Boston.

She is fluent in English, French and Polish. Prior to joining Bosch, she held managerial positions at Ericsson and Samsung. She also worked for Orange and Valeo. At Ericsson she was Head of Global MS Solutions Integration Team (for AI, Automation, Analytics, Inventory, Security). At Samsung she was responsible for launching Samsung Galaxy flagships in the European market. Moreover, she was the Winner in Samsung Bixby Hackathon. In addition, she enjoys her role as wife, and mother.
